Esta es la lista de canciones grabadas por Meghan Trainor, cantante y compositora estadounidense de doo-wop, teen pop, blue-eyed soul y bubblegum pop.[1]​ En su álbum debut homónimo independiente, así como en sus otros dos trabajos de corte acústico posteriores, la artista fungió como compositora de todas las canciones presentes en dichos materiales, sin embargo contó con la colaboración de algunos intérpretes, como su padre Gary Trainor el cantante Mike Viprino o Matthew Migliozzi.[2]​[3]​[4]​ Como los álbumes fueron lanzados de manera independiente, no tuvieron reconocimiento comercial alguno.[5]​

Después de haber firmado un contrato con la compañía discográfica Epic Records,[5]​ se lanzó el extended play Title, en donde contó con la colaboración del productor discográfico Kevin Kadish, quien ha trabajado con artistas como Jason Mraz, Stacie Orrico y Miley Cyrus.[6]​ En dicho material, ambos escriben todas las canciones, así como Kadish, las produjo.[7]​ Luego, Epic Records, lanza lo que sería su álbum de estudio debut comercial, puesto que la discográfica sacó de circulación el material inédito de Trainor en sus comienzos.[5]​ Este álbum presenta los géneros bubblegum pop, doo-wop, pop rock y blue eyed soul.[8]​[9]​ Dicho material, reúne las canciones del EP homónimo, así como nuevas canciones, escritas por ella misma, con la ayuda de diversos compositores, como Kadish, Jesse Frasure, Shy Carter, Brett James, Justin Weaver, Caitlyn Smith, Karen Thronton, James y Mateo Morales de The El3ven y Julio David Rodríguez.[10]​[8]​ En Title contó con la colaboración de varios intérpretes como John Legend y el rapero Shy Carter.[10]​

También ha trabajado con algunos artistas en colaboraciones. Trainor, trabajó en el álbum debut Reflection de la girlband estadounidense Fifth Harmony, en la canción «Brave Honest Beautiful», la cual produjo y compuso.[11]​ Asimismo ha trabajado con Charlie Puth y Jason Derülo, con «Marvin Gaye» y «Painkiller» respectivamente.[12]​[13]​
