Штандарт главнокомандующего Военно-воздушными силами

Учрежден приказом Министра обороны Российской Федерации от 13 августа 2004 г. № 240 «О военных геральдических знаках Военно-воздушных сил». Полотнище штандарта квадратное, белого цвета. В центре каждой стороны полотнища в медальоне голубого цвета – средняя эмблема Военно-воздушных сил. Медальон окаймлен золотым венком из лавровых листьев. От центра к кромкам каждой стороны полотнища расходятся 14 расширяющихся желтых лучей, ширина каждого из которых у кромок полотнища составляет 1/12 его стороны. К боковым кромкам полотнища примыкают по четыре луча, к верхней и нижней кромкам – по три.

Ширина венка равна 2/3 ширины полотнища. Ширина средней эмблемы Военно-воздушных сил равна 1/2 ширины полотнища.

Размер стороны полотнища (без бахромы) – 110 см.
