Son especies de hormigas tropicales especializadas en alimentarse de otras especies de hormigas.

Descripción editar

Tiene un cuerpo cilíndrico estrecho con una longitud de 5-7 mm, las patas cortas, con fémures gruesos.

Distribución editar

Se encuentran en los trópicos y subtrópicos de América, África y Asia.
