Plato típico editar
En mi opinión el plato típico de Santander no son las hormigas culonas, yo díria que más bien el mute, la arepa amarilla o el sancocho santandereano.
y los rolos o bogotanos editar
en la aparte en la que se nombra los acentos falta el bogotano y el cachaco, el bogotano carece de forma (sin acentos) y el cachaco se hablaba por la gente culta a mediados de siglo (uso de la letra ch)aún quedan algunos pero está casi extinto

elimino la categorización por regiones, primero por caer en esterotipos, segundo porque no e sválida en un país con tanta movilidad de población como Colombia. Luego reorganizo las categorías, es evidente que las artes van antes que la gastronomía que debe ir incluida en "folklore"
- Hay cosas que corregir en la entrada, pero, estereotipos aparte, en Colombia hay una gran riqueza y diversidad cultural.
- Pero particularmente revierto el primer párrafo del encabezado porque se le había quitado contexto al artículo.
