La 54.ª edición de los premios BAFTA, otorgados por la Academia Británica de las Artes Cinematográficas y de la Televisión, tuvo lugar el 25 de febrero de 2001 en el Odeon Leicester Square de Londres. En la ceremonia se premiaron las películas estrenadas en el Reino Unido en 2000. La ceremonia fue conducida por Stephen Fry y Mariella Frostrup.​
