Each stage is assigned to the region of the last city in the partial route. The reason is that the text describes more this last city (history, monuments, correspondence to Sigerico's itinerary, etc.) and not describes the first one (which was already described as last city in the text of the previous stage).--Paulusburg (discusión) 12:04 3 feb 2016 (UTC)

Ok I can understand that, BUT it's false. Most of this trail is on Vaud territory. Aigle - Ollon - Les Dévens - Bridge over the Rhône (border) = 14km, Massongex - St.Maurice = 4 km. Wikipedia will never be an encyclopedie, partly because of this kind of article. I think that the real reason is because you wrote this article and you don't want that anybody correct it.
