El Gran Premio de Italia de Motociclismo de 2013 fue la quinta prueba del Campeonato del Mundo de Motociclismo de 2013. Tuvo lugar en el fin de semana del 31 al 2 de junio de 2013 en el Autódromo Internacional del Mugello, situado en la ciudad de Mugello, Toscana, Italia. La carrera de MotoGP fue ganada por Jorge Lorenzo, seguido de Dani Pedrosa y Cal Crutchlow. Scott Redding fue el ganador de la prueba de Moto2, por delante de Nicolás Terol y Johann Zarco. La carrera de Moto3 fue ganada por Luis Salom, Álex Rins fue segundo y Maverick Viñales tercero.
