La discografía de Trivium, una banda de heavy metal formada en 2000,[1]​ consta de cinco álbumes de estudio, un EP, diecisiete singles, y diecisiete vídeos musicales. Hoy en día, la banda ha vendido más de un millón de álbumes en todo el mundo.[2]​ En 2003 ficharon por la discográfica alemana Lifeforce Records y lanzó su álbum debut, Ember to Inferno, con una formación que incluía vocalista y guitarrista Matt Heafy, el bajista Brent Young, y el batería Travis Smith.[1]​

Posteriormente, la banda firmó con Roadrunner Records para su próximo lanzamiento.[1]​ Antes de grabar su segundo álbum, Young fue sustituido por el bajista Paolo Gregoletto y Corey Beaulieu se unió como guitarrista principal de la banda. Ascendancy se publicó en marzo de 2005, llegando al cuatro puesto en la lista Top Heatseekers.[3]​ En 2006, lanzaron su tercer álbum de estudio, The Crusade, que alcanzó el puesto número siete en la lista de álbumes del Reino Unido. El cuarto lanzamiento de la banda, Shogun, salió en septiembre de 2008, alcanzando el puesto veintitrés en el Billboard 200.[3]​ La banda lanzó su quinto álbum de estudio, In Waves, el 9 de agosto con su nuevo batería Nick Augusto, que llegó para sustituir a Travis Smith.
