Lower nació en Heyworth, Illinois, hijo de Steven Lower y el artista de pintura facial Mickey Lower.[1][2] Lower obtuvo un Bachiller universitario en ciencias de Comunicación en la Universidad del Noroeste en el 2008.[3]
