Filter preventing me from removing cross-wiki spam

Sorry about writing in English, but my Spanish is pretty bad.

I tried to remove the Vietnamese table which has been cross-wiki spammed in the last few days and which appears to have many errors in it. The edit comment I tried to use was

throwing out unexplained and un-sourced cross-wiki spammed table which is inconsistent with the articles about the corresponding people

However, some sort of filter blocks me because I'm a new editor blanking pages (according to Especial:Contribuciones/Tournesol my first edit in this language edition was more than eleven years ago, but whatever).
