Discusión:Real cédula

this article is linking to an English article about one particular cédula in the 1800s. Removing the link to the article about that one decree because the English article is showing up when I use real cédula in an article about Chile in the 1500s. I am not going to insult you by trying to say that in Spanish. I can read Spanish a little but I don't speak it really.
