|Awarded to Soviet workers of outstanding performance in restoring the Black Metallurgic Enterprises of the Soviet Union which were destroyed during the Great Patriotic War. 13 blast furnaces, 49 open furnaces, 29 finishing mills and 68 coke-oven batteries were restored to effective or outstanding production rates.
|Entregada por trabajadores soviéticos por su destacada actuación en la restauración de la Empresa Metalúrgica Negra de la Unión Soviética, que fueron destruidas durante la Gran Guerra Patria. 13 altos hornos, 49 hornos, 29 molinos de acabado y 68 baterías de hornos de coque fueron devueltos a las tasas de producción efectiva o extraordinarias.
