En mayo de 2011, [[Doug Morris]] fue nombrado director creativo de [[Sony Music Entertainment]]. Basándose en el A&R, Morris nombró a el presidente del departamento de talentos de J/RCA [[Peter Edge]] como presidente y CEO de RCA Music Group.
