Hello,
I am from Houston, Texas and I am interested in writing a Spanish article on a high school in Houston: [[:en:Lamar High School (Houston)]]. However an article on it was deleted back in 2007: [[Wikipedia:Consultas de borrado/Escuela Secundaria Lamar (Houston)]].
I would like to see if these sources would allow for the article to be resurrected, or if it's better for me to start a new article by scratch:

I would like to have this article back since (like many Houston high schools) many of the students come from Spanish-speaking households and many students have parents with poor English comprehension. It would be beneficial to use Wikipedia to help their parents learn more about their new home (Houston) and their childrens' schools.
