El clima de Constanta es un [[clima subtropical húmedo]] con influencias del [[clima continental húmedo]] y el [[clima semiárido]]. Las precipitaciones anuales son de apenas 400mm, aunque, están bien repartidas a lo largo del año. Los inviernos son frescos y los veranos son cálidos. La ciudad experimenta unas nevadas de 27.9cm al año repartidas en los meses invernales. Sin embargo, cada vez son menos intensas.
