Kikutaro Baba (馬場 菊太郎 Baba Kikutarō?) ( prefectura de Fukuoka, Kyūshū, Japón, 11 de julio de 1905-Japón, 30 de noviembre de 2001)[1]​ fue un malacólogo y profesor japonés. Fue investigador líder sobre babosas y caracoles marinos, moluscos gastrópodos opistobránquios de Japón.

Kikutaro Baba se casó con Sonoko Baba.[1]​ Falleció de neumonía en un hospital de Japón el 30 de noviembre de 2001.[1]
