Osteophloeum platyspermum es una planta Magnoliopsida, la única especie del género monotípico Osteophloeum . Es una planta perteneciente a la familia de las Myristicaceae.

Descripción

Se caracteriza por tener 12-14 anteras. Arilo entero. Pelos de las ramas jóvenes pluriramificados.
