Rashy Todd (Rashpal Singh Todd) is a business leader and expert in leadership development who has been active in the field for over 40 years. He has developed a leadership program based on the "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," a book written by Dr. Stephen Covey. Rasphal experience has taught him to develop his own unique skill set when it comes to helping people learn. Most people are consciously incompetent, and to introduce them to a new product that could and should be transformative, in Rashy's view, you have to help them become consciously incompetent. Only then can learning occur. Rasphal Todd uses practical exercises and role-playing to help people understand some of the essential concepts, especially the fact that they are not practicing the same thing right now.

Rashy Todd leadership program

Rasphal Singh Todd personal leadership learning, has allowed him to create a leadership program centered on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Rashy was fortunate enough to be taught by Dr. Stephen Covey Stephen Covey, the author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and along with his partner, brought the program back to England to be exclusive training partners of the program through a company called the Learning Partnership. Rashy believes in and is passionate about the program, and has delivered it both internally within his companies and externally, either pro bono or professionally.

Rashy Todd leadership program focuses on moving along the continuum of maturity with the 7 Habits as the core material. Rasphal Singh Todd believes that starting with the 7 Habits helps us work from the inside out, to think and focus on our character rather than our personality. He believes that not enough is written about character nor is it understood in terms of having our own deeply rooted principles and values. It's about principle-centered leadership that starts from the inside out.

Recent programs

Rasphal Todd has completed several recent programs, including working with the Medha Group in India, which helps guide and mentor students to find work and professions post-graduation. He worked with 120 members of the organization for a day, teaching them the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People People, and received positive feedback from the group. He has also worked with the Entrepreneur Organization (EO) in Gurgaon, India, and with the young promoters of Global Star Mercedes Car Dealers and DGFC Transport.

Medha

Medha teach, guide and mentor students to help them find work and professions post-graduation. Originally set up about ten years ago in Uttar Pradesh it is a not for profit organisation that know works across a number of States. They are a well-respected organisation with both Indian partners in Academia and Sponsorship as well as International.

EO Gurgaon

I have recently taught a group of young people who have their chapter in EO Gurgaon. The Entrepreneurs Organization in India and particularly in Gurgaon is thriving in popularity because of the excellent work they do not only in guiding like-minded people but also because of the working principles and values of the organization which are highly respected. People are passionately immersed. This was a different program that had to be customized in the sense that, apart from EO, there was nothing else for the women to share professionally.

Global Star Mercedes Car Dealers and DGFC Transport

I recently had the opportunity to spend the day with the young promoters of these two companies. It was a really interesting group of just four people. My preference is to help smaller groups develop and grow. The families have strong traditional Indian values and tremendous respect not only for each other, but also for their parents and families. The developers are second generation and have taken the business to another level. They have global brands in their portfolio and a superb clientele in their local territories. This program was the beginning of what will develop into a "one-on-one" coaching program during the month, with half-day sessions for each individual and then bringing the team together monthly to look back, look forward and improve implementation.

Coaching program

Rashy Todd coaching program includes one-on-one coaching sessions with individuals to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential. He is passionate about helping others learn and grow and believes that effective leadership starts with developing oneself.
