If you want, in the description page of the files we can leave an explaining note ("File reproduced under GFDL with the authorization of "www.turnertoys.com (The Best Toys for all creative Girls & Boys)") and a link to the original, but the freedom of utilize and modify which is refered in GFDL is indispensable. I give you permission to use any of the .jpg files on www.turnertoys.com that contain images of tops.

Is anyone going to write an English version of your Wikipedia article? I am very happy to have a link to my website coming from your article, but I would really like to have one from an English version.

Below is my agreement in the specified form WITH MODIFICATIONS. You will have to select which kind of license it fits. I really do not have time, and I suspect Dale Oliver will not want to spend that much time either.

I agree to publish that work under the [LICENSE] [choose at least one from http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Copyright_tags ]. that conforms with the following requirements: Images on turnertoys.com may be reproduced for informational, artistic, and/or journalistic purposes only, but not in conjunction with a commercial enterprise directly linked to the sale of items depicted in the images, nor with for-profit business providing services directly related to the items depicted in the images. To the attention of Mr Loewenton:

Thank you very much for your attention, and I am sorry that this process is so complicated. I will give you an overview of the Commons' license that I think will fit more what you need. All licenses in Commons, unfortunately, have two bottom lines:

1. All files will be able to be used for any purposes (commercial purposes included) without author's permission.

2. All files will be able to be modified without the author's permission.

Then, ¿what are the differences with public domain license? Whoever uses the file and wherever it is used, the source and the author will always be specified. Moreover, the author will get moral rights. This avoids the abusive use of the file with purposes against the author, commercial dammage included (although in some countries like USA, they permit to parody -for example, parodies made in The Simpons-).

If you agree with these conditions, I recommend you to use GFDL license. If you follow my recommendation, please include your permission in your response.

With multimedia documents, the article is sure to be named "Featured article" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Featured_articles) in Spanish Wikipedia, so it will be soon translated into english in the English Wikipedia, with links to your website.

Thank you very much for your collaboration, attention and time.

Yours sincerely,

Libertad y Saber (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Libertad_y_Saber)

OK - go ahead.
