La pretemporada del Campeonato de Fórmula 3 de la FIA fue la que antecedió a la temporada 2023 de dicha categoría. Durante este periodo, los pilotos y escuderías se prepararon para afrontar la nueva temporada.

Los entrenamientos se llevaron a cabo los días 14, 15 y 16 de febrero en Sakhir.[1]​

Las jornadas de entrenamientos se disputaron en 2 sesiones con un total de 15 horas por día. Las sesiones de la mañana empezaron a las 09:00 y concluyeron a las 11:30, mientras que las sesiones de la tarde empezaron a las 14:30 y terminaron a las 17:00.
