Deshecha la edición 153386749 de Talgor007 (disc.) La votación no ha concluido con una mayoría amplísima para realizar este cambio. Esta votación lleva meses abierta y yo mismo no la he cerrado para ver si más persoans querían participar en ella, por lo tanto, debe permanecer abierta más tiempo y ver una mayoría clara mantenida en el tiempo a favor de cualquier cambio que sea tan significativo

El anexo '''Artistas musicales con mayores ventas''' incluye artistas cuyas ventas mundiales superan las 75 millones de copias. Dichas cifras se basan en estimaciones informadas por diversos [[medio de comunicación|medios de comunicación]] y [[Certificación de ventas discográficas|certificaciones]] provenientes de diferentes países, que incluyen grabaciones en diversos formatos ya sean descargas digitales, discos, sencillos, vídeos u otros.
 
Todos los músicos incluidos en este anexo tienen ventas estimadas equivalentes al menos al 20% de sus ventas certificadas. Sin embargo, a menudo las [[Compañía discográfica|compañías discográficas]] tienden a exagerar las ventas estimadas, provocando que estas figuras irreales no puedan ser corroboradas a base de certificaciones. Por esta razón varios artistas como [[Bing Crosby]], [[Cliff Richard]], [[Diana Ross]], [[Scorpions]], [[Tupac Shakur]], [[Nana Mouskouri]], [[Tom Jones (cantante)|Tom Jones]], [[Dionne Warwick]], [[Spice Girls]], [[Dolly Parton]], [[Ozzy Osbourne]], [[The Jackson 5]], [[Luciano Pavarotti]] y otros no fueron añadidos. Este porcentaje aumenta con los artistas más nuevos, porque lo que se espera que cantantes como [[Rihanna]], [[Taylor Swift]], [[Lady Gaga]] [[Miley Cyrus]] o [[Katy Perry ]]<nowiki/>tengan al menos un 75% de sus ventas certificadas.
