Nueva recommendation API

Hola @Sophivorus: we are deprecating the recommend.wmflabs endpoint (MediaWiki:Gadget-WikiProject.js#L-194) in favor of a new one hosted on the API Gateway. This will likely happen by July 15th (details: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T367549). It should be a simple fix that's just a new URL and param names but otherwise the same response schema/logic. You can see a code example here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Isaac_(WMF)/wp_testing.js. Let me know if you run into any issues migrating or have other questions.
