Hi, thanks for your message. I'll take a look at the problem tomorrow, though it seems like we'll need an admin's help to solve it. I bet it has something to do with the anti-abuse filter (which can only be viewed and modified by admins). Regards.--

- Hi again, sorry for the delay. I had a lot of things to do these past days. After checking the problem, I found out that the user was trying to publish her own biography, which is strongly discouraged (almost forbidden, if you ask me) under Wikipedia's editing policies, so I had to politely warn her that her request could not be fulfilled.
