Małgorzata Gramatnikowska (WMPL)
About me
My name is Małgorzata Gramatnikowska. I graduated from the University of Warsaw, where I was studying society and communication. Now I use the skills that I acquired during my studies at work – as a leader, trainer and event planner. I enjoy learning new things – I am eager to participate in workshops, I also read a lot and talk to others. I find fulfillment in working with people. In my free time I cook, ride a bike and rollerblade. I like to travel, visit museums and try new things. When I need to rest, I go for a long walk in the woods – my dog always accompanies me.
My work
Since November 2022, I have been working at the Wikimedia Polska as a senior community support specialist. My responsibilities include organizing editing contests and other gamification actions, publicizing events and initiatives directed to Wikimedians, supporting internal communication within the association and external communication within the international Wikimedia Movement. I also coordinate the handling of prize and gift shipments, as well as gratitude programs.
