On deputies and senators

editar

Hi Mexicanec. On your question. Mexican law doesn't avoid change of party for representatives once elected or during their charge. In fact, the internal law of the deputies camera specifically allow it (Art. 6.1 fr. XII). It's most common quit the own party and become a free deputy, this kind of representatives are called "diputado/senador independiente" (independent deputy/senator) and Manuel Clouthier Carrillo can be citated like a recently case [1].
