New articles on Belgrade editar

Hello, Miljan.

Aa you have a userpage and seem to be an active user, I chose to contact you.

I see that several accounts are creating articles on Serbia in the Spanish-language Wikipedia. Although I very much appreciate the effort (Wikipedia should be global and reflect a greater cultural diversity), I also see that many of these articles have a lot of translation errors. For example, I made a few corrections in Edificio del Instituto de Sismología, which was originally created with several names still in Cyrillic. However, although I can more or less read Cyrillic, I don't know the Serbian language. Maybe my corrections are still incorrect, as I'm unable to check the sources in Serbian, but I'll just assume the best. :P

I wonder if these articles are part of an education project, maybe coordinated by Wikimedia Serbia, to create articles in different languages about your country. If that's the case, and if there's a wiki page where the project is being coordinated, I'd like to have the link or any other kind of information on the project.

Thanks for the link! I have a couple of questions right now, maybe I'll have a few more in the future.
  1. It looks like the project was scheduled for March to June, did it get postponed or is this the second part of the project?
  2. I see that the links go to the Serbian version of the different articles. Is there any page where you keep track of what articles are being created in each language?
A few hours ago, I translated Anexo:Monumentos culturales de la Ciudad de Belgrado from French to Spanish. I think all, or at least most of the articles created are about cultural monuments, so I think this page will be useful to centralize the translation work. My idea is for the articles to be accessible from this list and to be categorized in Categoría:Monumentos culturales de la Ciudad de Belgrado. If there are articles on other topics, please let me know. Sabbut (めーる) 20:15 20 ago 2017 (UTC)Responder
