{{desbloquear|Please pardon me for using English. Every change I made was based on personal examination of the protologue of the taxon deleted. Certain contributors have created long lists of eponyms without verifying them. Without doubt, many other of the taxa listed are also misattributed, but I have not been able to verify all of them myself. Regarding the page "Charles Le Forestier", Charles Le Forestier was a retired military squadron leader and botanist, not the physician for whom Forestiera was named. The abbreviation "Forest." in botany refers to Aime De Forestier, another retired military man and botanist, for whom the two species listed on the same page were in fact named. Hello Nomen ambiguum, thank you for your explanation, but you must take in consideration that the information you deleted was referenced, I understand that these references might be incorrect but if the deletions are only based on your personal examination without being supported by any new references which confirm the misattributions, then it will difficult to accept your changes. Anyway, I have unblocked your account and you are welcomed to contribute. Just make sure you add proper information to your changes and it would be nice if you shared your doubts and proposals on Wikiproyecto Discusión:Botánica where other interested members in this area are working to improve articles. Información eliminada editar

Veo que has eliminado información epónima válida en bastantes artículos de botánicos sin argumentar un motivo, si no me explicas porqué lo has hecho revertiré tus cambios. Anna (Cookie) 20:22 16 dic 2012 (UTC)Responder

Como has continuado eliminando información sin motivo y sin responder a mi mensaje estás bloqueado 31 horas, mientras revierto tus contribuciones a la espera de que puedas aportar la razón cuando caduque el bloqueo. Anna (Cookie) 21:05 16 dic 2012 (UTC)Responder
In that case I will replace your editions, but please next time give a reason for your changes. Cheers. Anna (Cookie) 15:24 3 oct 2013 (UTC)Responder

How to reference? editar

If an eponym does not refer to a individual, and should be removed from an article, then where in the article am I to put the reference once the erroneous matter it disproves is removed? The reference that proves the claim is wrong is the same source that the contributor of the incorrect entry wrongly cites! Is this a situation which can not be corrected in any way. Check out Dawson Turner, who is claimed to have had genus named for him long before he was born Nomen ambiguum (discusión) 23:37 3 dic 2013 (UTC)Responder
